MIAMI (Reuters) - President Barack Obama said on Wednesday he was sure Tiger Woods will still be a "terrific golfer" when he returns to competition, while one of the PGA Tour's most senior players urged Tiger Woods, the first black golfer to win a major championship, has accepted an invitation to speak here at the Lincoln Memorial on Sunday as part of pre-inauguration festivities for Barack Obama.
