Tiger Woods will make his return from an eight-month layoff against Australian Brendan Jones under the final official draw released Sunday for the World Golf Championships Accenture Match Play.
World number one Woods will start his title defense Wednesday against the Aussie as the top seed in the Jones bracket as the final draw showed no changes from the preliminary list featuring the world's 64 top-ranked players.
Woods has not played since winning his 14th major title last June at the US Open in Torrey Pines. He underwent knee surgery after that victory and earlier this month became a father for the second time with the birth of son Charlie.
Woods dominated last year's 36-hole match-play final, routing Stewart Cink 8 and 7, but this year's event will be contested at a new venue, the Ritz-Carlton Golf Club of Dove Mountain.
The top seeds in each of the four brackets are the top four-ranked players in the world - Woods, Spain's Sergio Garcia, Ireland's Padraig Harrington and Fiji's Vijay Singh.
Woods is the number one seed for the Accenture Match Play Championship for the seventh time in his career. He won the event in 2003, 2004 and 2008.
Garcia?s best finish is a tie for ninth - in 2000, 2002 and 2005.
Harrington is making his 10th start at the event, where he has tied for fifth twice.
Singh, winner of the WGC 2008 Bridgestone Invitational, tied for fifth last year.
A total of 47 players, almost three-quarters of the field, are from outside the United States. The 19 nations represented matches the tournament record.
Australia and South Africa have eight players each while seven qualifiers are from England.
