ITALY FERRY FIRE

The Vincenzo Florio, traveling from Naples to Palermo, was 25 miles (40 kilometers) from the Sicilian capital when the fire broke out and 526 passengers used lifeboats to reach another ferry and a Coast Guard ship that came to the rescue.
