SP_303577_ZUPP_Exhibit_3 (03/27/2009 St. Petersburg) Jyrieal McKinney, 8, of St. Petersburg talks with Clifford ''Quack'' Brown of Tampa on Friday at the Dr. Carter G. Woodson African American Museum, during the opening for a traveling exhibit about the life and career of John ''Buck'' O'Neil, considered by many to be the father of Negro league baseball.. Next to Brown is Raydell ''Lefty Bo'' Maddix and William ''Billy'' Felder (right), both from Tampa. Brown played for the Philadelphia Stars, Maddix the Indianapolis Clowns and Felder the Newark Eagles. The photograph behind them shows William Foster, who played for the Chicago American Giants for ten years. The exhibit, on loan from the Negro League Baseball Museum in Kansas City, Mo., also features photos and memorabilia on loan from several Tampa Bay residents who at one time played in the league
